The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) assessment is a widely used personality assessment tool. Developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers, the MBTI is based on Carl Jung’s theories of personality types. The assessment is designed to help individuals understand their personality preferences and how they interact with the world around them. The MBTI categorizes individuals into one of 16 personality types based on four dichotomies.
