The CPP-Coach Partnership Programme:
Team Zen presents a distinctive offering called CPP. In this program, coaches integrate into the company by becoming empanelled with it. The company empanels and affiliates coaches, who then conduct visits to the office premises on prearranged and mutually agreed-upon days. Employees can reserve time slots with the coach through the provided calendar or choose a walk-in appointment, depending on slot availability for that specific day. These sessions, known as “Bitsy Coaching Sessions,” have a designed duration of 20-25 minutes each.
