The raised awareness brings about self-development, purposeful and intensified intentions, empathetic actions and aligned outcomes. This is conscious leadership, the key to organizational effectiveness. Udaan promises the stepping stone into conscious leadership for young managers.

Udaan is a holistic leadership programme for young managers and first-time managers (FTM) who aspire to lead from the front with the best of intentions. The learnings are tied to compassionate and mindful leadership. The intervention is designed to build capabilities in young leaders at junior and mid-levels to respond precisely in uncertain and complex situations further contributing to effective organizational outcomes.
